Love this index Alexandra! Lots of great ideas. I know that summer for us means that EVERYTHING gets tossed on the grill. Fire changes the flavor of everything!

I love the words healthy, easy and quick….especially in the summer. I am with Matthew, I like to grill, it gives everything that extra taste. I also like  smoothies, so thanks for all the recipes.!!

Alexandra, thanks for all these delicious sounding recipes that are healthy. I am like you, I like to eat food that adds to my health rather than taking away. The potato salad sounds good with all the added veggies. Have you ever tried substituting 1/2 the mayo with plain greek yogurt?… I'm just wondering if that would take away from the taste or add to it? The Russian Beet salad also sounds good and pretty simple… I am for simple also. Thanks again for such a sharing site.
