Organo Gold Ganoderma – The Different Forms

by Alexandra McAllister on June 9, 2013

What Is Ganoderma And What Are The Forms It Come In?

ganoderma health benefitsThey are the questions that I asked since I had never heard of Ganoderma.  Learning that Ganoderma was in Organo Gold's coffee and green tea was a delight as I love both but even better to know that it was also in the supplements!

Ganoderma is an herb that comes from the Reishi mushroom. Many herbs are taken for different medicinal purposes but ganoderma surpasses them all. Thus named the "King of Herbs," it is packed with powerful antioxidants.

In the US, this herb has not reached a level of popularity where it could be called well-known. If someone is asked if they have heard of ganoderma in this region of the world, it would not be surprising for the response to be, "gano-what?"

Even spell-check – a tool trusted and utilized by people in all walks of life – does not contain the word ganoderma. Ganoderma does have a proven track record, though; it has been used in traditional Asian medicine for over 4,000 years.

Let’s take a look at the Organo Gold Nutraceutical and Food Supplement products in detail.

Ganoderma Lucidum

These small capsules contain an amazing ingredient — the incredible fungus known as Ganoderma mushroom, which has been revered for literally thousands of years by practitioners of traditional Asian medicine. All of our organic Ganoderma Lucidum, known as the “King of Herbs”, comes only from the finest sources, growing undisturbed on logs high in the Wuyi Mountains of China’s Fuzhou region.

Ganoderma Lucidum Mycelium

This version of Ganoderma is harvested from a mushroom just 18 days old, and is renowned for its potent antioxidant properties — and also contains the polysaccharide Beta-glucan, which can help to stimulate immune function. Try removing the powder from the capsules and adding it to your morning smoothie or protein shake for an extra boost.

Ganoderma Spore Powder

This product captures the Ganoderma mushroom’s incredible spores at the height of their potency — when they are richer in an array of naturally beneficial compounds, including polysaccharides, triterpenes, and selenium. Our patented shell-breaking technology allows us to harness these compounds, resulting in a premium product for those aiming to be at the pinnacle of good health.

Grape Seed Oil

Packaged in simple capsule form, this product delivers the benefits of grape seed oil, a substance hailed for its enriching properties. Grape seed oil is naturally rich in antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and other beneficial phytochemicals.

That's it in a nutshell.  My own personal experience with Ganoderma is amazing. I feel much healthier. I am off my BP pills, in fact, my BP is lower than when I was on meds!  I also lost a few pounds without even trying and I've received so many compliments on how radiant my skin looks!

I invite you to try any of our Organo Gold products and see how it can help you as well. Click here to order!

To health, wealth and happiness!

As Sherie says, it makes so much sense to add "good things" to what we already consume.  Especially when it is not done in order to replace something that processing takes out, such as "enriched flour" in breads.  In this case, it's simply "effective piggybacking!"

Alexandra McAllister February 23, 2013 at 2:01 PM

I totally agree, Sharon. I’ve had better results going the “good things” way than I’ve had with meds. Thanks for dropping by!

I’d suggest looking at the coffees we have and order one that you think you’d like. I’ve always enjoyed cafe latte and mocha so was glad that Organo Gold had these. They are delicious! My favorite part is "Ganoderma is a super herb which rapidly oxygenates your body and automatically adjusts your PH to a healthy balance at the cellular level.   Weight Loss: Oxygen is a necessary component for burning fuel. The more you oxygenate the body, the higher your metabolism. That means weight loss."  Is this the coffee they say makes you lose weight?
Yvonne Brown

Reply

Alexandra McAllister June 12, 2013 at 9:57 AM

Yyonne, yes it certainly does help. Ganoderma has many other health benefits as well. It certainly has improved my health.

Reply

Alexandra McAllister June 12, 2013 at 5:53 PM

Yvonne, losing weight is achieved by a combination of things, I know for me, personally, I’ve lost a few pounds since I started drinking Organo Gold coffees and tea. I also walk, exercise and watch what I eat. My room mate, on the other hand, drinks the Organo Gold coffee and tea BUT he also eats candy, desserts and drinks 4 – 6 cans of coke per day! Does he lose weight? NO, of course not! Ganoderma can help but one must do their share as well.
