I won't even dare say how many I used to drink per day, in the summer of course!  When I realized how much sugar I was ingesting, I decided to go healthy instead. WOW! I love smoothies!  I used to drink a lot of them but now, since going for protein shakes, I'd forgotten all about them… thanks for the reminder!

Hey There Alexandra
I wanted to stop by and check out your info here,AWESOME job you have done, so much GREAT GREAT content,I gotta say I LOVE it!!!
I also USED to be a MILKSHAKE addict….notice the word USED to be……(lol lol) anyway something I really have been ENJOYING lately is  a smoothie type drink thought I would share  it for your smoothie fans it just may be ENJOYED by more that way.

Cut Up one or 2 banana's into 1/4 size pieces throw them into blender and add strawberries or blueberries or whatever kind of fruit you want and blend together and drink.(Very FILLING and FLAVORFUL)

Also another tip for these SUNNY SUNNY HOT SUMMER DAYS…..
Peel banana's and Cut up banana's into 1/4 and stick them in the freezer then when you want an  ICECREAM type of COOL smoothie it will already be very chilled all you do is throw the pieces of banana's into the blender and add the fruits you want……WALLA nice COOL SUMMER smoothie.
REFRESHING.

Also if you have made to MUCH SMOOTHIE and you   have popsicle trays throw it into the popsicle trays and freeze VERY REFRESHING on some of our SUNNY SUNNY DAYS.

Hope someone ENJOYS that tip…..I LOVE them CHILLED almost like icecream,MUCH HEALTHIER tho.
