Blackberry Smoothie Recipes

Start by pouring the liquid ingredients for each smoothie recipe into your blender. Use fresh fruit or frozen.

Add any of the optional ingredients recommended above, if you like — then blend until smooth.

Add more liquid to reduce the thickness, ice to chill it, or more fruit to thicken your blackberry smoothie.

Substitute ingredients at your whim — it's fun to experiment!

I love smoothies. These are great recipes. I used to put honey in them, but now I make them just like these – no sweetener.
Ripe bananas make them plenty sweet, and I fell good about making them with my grandchildren!

Thanks for the ideas.

We normally go with the bannana strawberry smoothies. Never thought to add blackberry in there. They all sound delicious, cant wait to try them.

Always could use new smoothie ideas! Love my daily morning smoothie or the afternoon-pick-me-up smoothie. Love to use frozen organic fruit since it requires less preparation. A quick one, blueberries, 1/2 banana, rice milk…blend it up. The Bullet Blender is my smoothie blender of choice.
