Be Healthy, Feel Fabulous & Confident On Your Wedding Day

by Alexandra McAllister on April 11, 2012

Perhaps…You May Feel Your Body Isn't Exactly As You'd Like It To Be…

You're not alone! Many brides-to-be purchase their wedding dress months/year in advance.  Then, when it comes to the final fitting, the dress no longer fits!

Some times the excitement of wedding planning is overwhelming! We tend to over eat and before we know it, the pounds mysteriously appear!

I recall when I purchased my dress.  I was tickled pink. It was the most beautiful bridal gown ever!  I was so busy planning all the events.  A couple of months before the wedding, I, out of the blue, had love handles!! I went on a "starvation diet" because I didn't know better. Now I do!

Several bridal magazines have already started to talk about "how to lose weight before "The BIg Day."  There are " lose weight while you sleep diet,"  "no sweaty exercise diet" and the obvious "eat less, exercise more and rest diet."  I don't believe in "diets or dieting!"

I do believe in eating healthy and exercising BUT there are times we need a little bit of "help".  Planning a wedding, although fun, may be stressful. That's when the cravings kick in!  Is there something to help curb those cravings?

Yes! I found the help I needed with A.C.T. Drop-IT Weight Management Drops.

The cravings were gone within the first 2 days. I was able to eat healthy and my energy level increased! I started walking half an hour a day and over time,  increased it to 2 hours!

I lost the weight and kept it off!  You can do it as well! Click HERE to order and kick your cravings in the butt!

Now is the time to get on the band (wedding band) wagon!  Be at your best on the outside and the inside!

Congratulations!  Wishing you a wonderful beginning and love to last a life time!

Much love,

Alexandra McAllister

This is such good advice, Alexandra.   There are so many fad diets out there all the time…and that's just what they are .. fads… they aren't good for your body and don't work for the long term.  By doing it the right way and choosing the healthy lifestyle and adding something natural like DROP IT, we are going to see the results that are for the long haul and give us the energy we need to live a full life!  Great post.

Thanks, Sue. I think I’ve tried everything that was out there, in order to lose weight. It didn’t work in the long run. I love DROP IT because for me and many others, it curbs our appetite…therefore we can select which foods we want to eat without going overboard! Many of my close friends are seeing amazing results as well!

Great tips Ms. Alexandra! It's so true that wedding jitters can not only affect your skin but your weight too:)

Yes, jitters, stress, can do it! I know that this is the time when one could really use something that can help. Of course, it is even better since it’s a healthy product!

I didn't have long to work on my wedding day but I know people that do and really work on looking good on that dress! It's a big day and will always be remembered so we all want to be at our best weight! Thanks for sharing Alexander.

Yes, we all want to look and feel good…on a wedding day or every day. It’s just on the wedding day, there are photos! LOL!

Good advice Alexandra. I'm so intrigued by this product. One of these days I'm going to order it :)

It does come with a money back guarantee, Gretchen. So you have nothing to lose…except weight!

Oooh, thanks for sharing. I could still fit into my wedding dress from 22 years ago, but that's because all the weight I gain goes right to my thighs!! (and my dress was poofy there.) LOL

Oh, that is so sweet, Gina! Love it! Thanks for sharing.

LOVE your sharing about your own wedding day.  And it's so true–I lost a lot of weight for my wedding.  Great 'why' to talk about when sharing your products!

Alexandra McAllister April 11, 2012 at 7:21 PM

Thanks, Elise. We didn’t have a lot of information then. Most young women would starve themselves in order to fit into their dress. I did the same. I got so sick and was so hungry! Of course, I gained all the weight back that I had lost before the wedding. Now, no one needs to go through this.

Sherie April 11, 2012 at 5:48 PM

Alexandra, great advice to not do a starvation diet. This should be a lot of help to those "brides to be" out there who want to slim down for that all important day!!

Reply

Alexandra McAllister April 11, 2012 at 7:19 PM

Yes, way back when…I got married…we didn’t have access to all the information. I just starved myself and almost passed out at my wedding. No matter what we do, it should always be something that is good and healthy for us.

It's not my wedding dress I want into – it's my aunty of the bride's one!!!  great article!

Patricia, ZIP is for everyone that wants to attain their healthy weight goal. I am sure you’ll be a beautiful aunty of the bride!

What great advice, Alexandra!  Just the stress alone that planning a wedding can cause your body to hold onto unwanted fat…add that to unhealthy eating habits and YIKES.  I like that you offered a natural alternative to harmful chemicals!

Reply

Alexandra McAllister April 12, 2012 at 5:27 PM

Yes, the wedding jitters sure can claim it’s toll! Glad that DROP IT can really help with that issue. I love this product. Once one has attained their healthy weight goal, they can then eat healthy and of course, exercise. IF, and that’s a big IF, one gains a couple of pounds, then all they do is take DROP IT for a few days. The appetite will be curbed and the weight can be shed.

Yes, those pounds hide in the closet and come out when we least expect it! LOL! If only it was that easy to put them right back in! LOL!
